Set in beautiful surrounds, this high quality establishment has an excellent reputation for high standards.With over 60 rooms, four star rating and a rosette accredited restaurant, this is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.

For the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager, high quality hotel restaurant experience is needed.While Assistant Restaurant Manager experience is ideal, an enthusiastic Chef de Rang or a Restaurant Supervisor will be considered.

For the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will need to be very proactive and reliable, capable of assisting the Restaurant Manager in all areas of the day to day running of the Restaurant, and taking control in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.

For the Assistant Restaurant Manager Position it may be useful to be able to drive, however this is not essential.

You must have previous UK hotel experience within a similar role, and very experienced when it come to working in a rosette standard restaurant and C and B operations.For the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager you are required to have fantastic people management skills in addition to great communications skills, dedication and enthusiasm.
