Customer Service Advisor – Newton-le-Willows - £16k + Bonus – Office Hours
My client, a leading market retailer, are looking for advisor to act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
You will assist the existing sales representatives and the current customer base through delivery of excellent customer service. Through actively managing the current and new customer base, you will have regular contact with customers to provide an effective customer experience.
In return, you will be offered an excellent basic salary of £16k plus Bonus. Working hours are between 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
