Query Exec – Newton-Le-Willows - £16k + Bonus – Office Hours
My client, a leading market retailer, are looking for an individual who will be responsible for dealing with all sales led queries, taking responsibility for the investigation and resolution of queries.
You will manage individual queries to their resolution , making customer contact to confirm outcomes of queries or customer change requests.
