* Ensure a high standard of customer service and deal effectively with customer complaints
* Merchandising skills
* Security of stock, unit and cash. Including regular stocktakes.
* Financial reporting and other reporting to Head Office
* Ensure a high standard of health and safety
* Ensure a high standard of housekeeping
* Represent the brand and advising customers on local stockists
* Develop the business to its full potential
