    Title: Data & Customer MI Analyst
    Hourly Rate: £10 - £14 per hour
    Salary: £20 - 24k upon permanent appointment
    Benefits: 26 days holiday contributory pension, employee reward scheme, excellent training and career prospects. (Upon permanent appointment)
    Location: Old Trafford, Trafford, Manchester

    This role is initially a 3-4 month temporary position with a possible view to go permanent after this time.

    The core role of the Data Analysis Team is to ensure accurate customer and management information is collected, validated and distributed. Working with other teams and management teams to identify meaningful and accurate data which accurately reflects performance. Standardisation of existing customer reporting will be an integral part of this role.

    Key Accountabilities:
    Invoice processing:
    *Ensure appropriate data is gathered and validated within defined timescales
    *Accurate reports are produced and distributed to managers customers with appropriate supporting information
    *The ability to resolve queries with reports quickly and accurately
    *The ability to identify any issues in the supply of data from other teams
    *Identify new ways of collecting, validating or presenting data to provide most benefit to managers and customers
    Operational:
    *Adhere to team rosters
    *To liaise with management, scheduling and engineering departments as appropriate
    *To help drive continuous improvement of the operation through the detailed analysis of existing data and reports
    *Ensure procedures and process are documented and relevant to current environment
    *The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
    *Adhere to IT and company policies
    *And miscellaneous task allocated by management
    Customer Service:
    *Familiarisation with relevant customers' environments
    *Liaise directly with customers, and their management if required, regarding reports and any queries
    *Foster excellent relationships and communication with management, scheduling teams, engineering teams, suppliers and external customers
    *Manage own health and safety in conjunction with organisational support systems to ensure a safe working environment

    Relevant Experience
    *Experience of working within similar billing environment
    *Good communicator, working with other teams
    *Familiar with creating and updating IT systems (specific training will be provided)
    *Familiar with standard database, data warehousing, data mining and reporting systems (eg Crystal Reports, SQL)
    *Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
    *Good team worker
    *Flexible working hours
