Administrator required to work on a large utilities contract in Tuebrook/West Derby.
The successful candidate will provide operational support and ensure suitable and sufficient arrangements, systems and processes are implemented and maintained in line with operational requirements.
Main Duties will include:
- compilation of job packs
- data input into company system
- ensure submission of subcontractor accounts are accurate & received in a timely manner.
- liaise with the quantity surveyors to resolve problems and issues
- provide reports of the data captured during the work cycle.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate specifically in Microsoft Word & Excel and be able to work to deadlines. Previous admin experience desirable.
