Job Description
Key Duties and Tasks
Maximise Sales
Managing stock package
Employ, train develop and manage staff
Organise staff rota's and manage staff budget
Ensure a high standard of customer service and deal effectively with customer complaints
Merchandising skills
Security of stock, unit and cash. Including regular stocktakes.
Financial reporting and other reporting to Head Office
Ensure a high standard of health and safety
Ensure a high standard of housekeeping
Represent the brand and advising customers on local stockists
Develop the business to its full potential
