Market leading Debt Management and IVA business has an urgent opportunity for an Insolvency Administrator based in central Manchester. Working as an Insolvency Administrator you will be supporting the insolvency practitioners and senior insolvency administrators in the completion of personal insolvency work.
Key Responsibilities:
* The review of IVA case files either at the start of the arrangement or subsequently to ensure statutory compliance and adherence to the arrangement by the debtor
* Proof reading all proposals returned from clients and progress case to the relevant stage
* Completion of IVA wage reviews in accordance with the terms of the arrangement
* Contact with debtors via phone, letter and email in relation to their obligations
* Maintenance of client records on in house database
Desirable Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in personal insolvency ideally within Supervisory
* Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight deadlines, using own initiative.
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Proven collections experience
* Strong time management skills
* Knowledge of the debt management and IVA Industry
* Ability to work to targets
* Good attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
