We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior RGN or RMN with Nursing home experience to join a highly regarded Nursing Home within a very well established organisation.
The ideal candidate must be ambitious with a will to be successful and inspiring to the already highly motivated team. You must be ambitious with a will to be successful and inspiring to the already highly motivated team.
The right candidate will come from a strong nursing background with demonstrable leadership qualities and a genuine interest in the client group, older adults
You will be responsible for the smooth running of all operational elements of the unit. Including responsibility for maintaining standards, occupancy and the planning of care and rosters.
You will work in support of the Home Manager in efficiently and effectively managing and modernising the delivery of clinical services within a designated home.
