Job Description
Large operations department in Cheshire are looking for a bid engineer to manage and to co-ordinate all bid activities and support the wider bid process, providing cost effective solutions within the required time scales.
Skills and experience required:-
- Proven bid management experience in the manufacturing field.
- Must be proficient in the use of PC based software packages such as MS Excel, Project or similar management tools.
- Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude who is also strong-minded with motivational drive to overcome problems quickly and effectively.
- Team builder capable of motivating and inspiring others to meet the Project needs.
- Commercially astute and technically competent and has the ability to communicate effectively with customers and Senior Management in a confident and professional manner.
Education:-
Engineering or commercial based degree, or equivalent (2:1 and above preferred).
