Job Description
Our client is a leading Domiciliary Care provider with offices all across the UK. They are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person who would be confident and competent in starting and growing a fast moving new business, working closely with the franchisee As the care manager, the candidate will be required to be the registered manager with CQC. In the early days, the Care Manager will also be required to be the face of the company, so a good understanding of quality care provision is essential. As the Care Manager their main responsibilities will be upholding brand values in service delivery, recruiting a team of care workers, formulating care plans and risk assessments for new customers (private and social services), organising and delivering care worker\'s induction training, managing the day to day running of the office and later on, recruiting the rest of the core office team.As Care Manager, they will be based in Chester. It is a full time position of Monday to Friday and the company are offering a salary in the region of £25k, this may be negotiable for the right candidate.
