An opportunity has arisen for my client based in Northwich for an Administrator. This is a temporary contract for six months. Duties shall include ensuring all client records are accurately recorded on the internal computer system, liaise with various line managers to ensure records are correct and specific client requirements are adhered to, reconcile monthly client reports and prepare financial / written reports for clients, ensure appropriate documentation is issued to clients, ensure client records, correspondence and archive material are efficiently filed, answer incoming queries concerning administration matters, taking messages and assisting in the smooth running of the department. To be successful the candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with a number of queries from various stakeholders including colleagues, customers and third parties. You will also have excellent IT skills, be able to work well under pressure and in a team environment and have a flexible approach to work. You will also have skills gained in a similar role. Immediate Start.
