This award winning 5 star hotel in Cheshire would like to appoint a Demi Chef de Partie for its exceptional rosette accredited restaurant
Your Role
This fashionable and modern hotel restaurant would like to appoint a Demi Chef de Partie who will be responsible for supporting and training across appointed sections within this property. This three rosette establishment is looking for an ambitious Commis or current Demi who has previously worked within a rosette property. This property is famous for producing top quality dishes and you would be expected to adhere to the restaurants highest standards. The ideal candidate would have previous rosette experience. Reporting to the Head Chef.

Experience/Qualifications:
Previous Chef experience in minimum 4 Star quality establishments is essential. All candidates must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Previous Commis experience also required. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
