This award winning hotel in Cheshire is currently seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join their vibrant brigade within their modern brasserie kitchen.

Chef de Partie Role:

Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be responsible for the organisation, control and efficient running of a nominated section of the kitchen. All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality establishment. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded individual to take their next step on the ladder.

Qualification/Experience:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a busy kitchen environment within a similar5 star property whilst having the ability to maintain the highest standards of food preparation. The ideal candidate will also need to possess excellent organisational skills and have a stable background within quality establishments.
