Accounts Clerk, Deeside, Temporary, £6.50 - £7.50 p/h

A great opportunity has arisen in a leading sales/retail company, who’s accounts department is based in Deeside. They are looking to recruit an Accounts Clerk who is immediately available and has worked in an accounts team previously. The opportunity will enable the successful candidate to gain some solid experience working within a busy finance department.

I am looking to find a candidate for this role who is self motivated and able to work alone or in a team. Qualifications are not necessary however an NVQ or similar qualification in a related subject would be a bonus. Experience is the major factor in this role as no hand over period is available so the successful candidate should be able to go into the company and hit the ground running with no immediate training.

The main duties will be dealing with the Purchase Ledger, contacting suppliers, dealing with internal and external queries, high volume reconciliations processing and inputting and analysing invoices onto Microsoft Excel and Sage computer packages.
This role offers a competitive salary and holiday package as well as the potential of turning permanent if the company keeps growing at the rapid rate it is.

Ideally you will:
- Be a numerate person who pays high attention to detail
- Have excellent IT skills
- Have great communication skills
- Be experienced in statement reconciliations and dealing with supplier queries
- Have previously worked within a large finance team
