Job Description
Specialist Debt Adviser - Preston - £14k rising to £16k + Bonus
We are recruiting for Specialist Debt Adviser for this well established and successful business in Preston. The purpose of the role will be to collect on overdue accounts through outbound and inbound calling, reviewing overdue accounts, setting up payment plans and monitoring payment arrangements.
The right candidate will have previous collections experience or come from a telesales background. Previous call centre experience is advantageous but not essential. It is imperative you have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and problem solve. You must also be IT literate, have a good telephone manner and be a team player.
There is a bonus scheme plus 23 days holiday.
