Have you worked in Sub Prime Mortgages before, underwriting or collecting on secured debt?? Do you want to work for a progressive busy company who look after there staff???

Duties to include:

Managing your own case load of accounts
Contacting borrowers in arrears with mortgage payments
Liaising and developing solutions with individual borrowers
Establishing positive dialogue and ensuring that the borrower is treated fairly and with respect
Working to individual targets within a team
Using initiative and managing own work load

Ideally you will:

Be highly motivated and have a flexible attitude to work and change
You must be experienced within the fields of mortgage underwriting or advising with experience within sub prime mortgages
Have the capability of using your own initiative and managing your own workload
Have knowledge of FSA regulations
Have the ability to deal effectively with borrowers in very difficult circumstances
Be a high calibre individual with excellent communication skills
Be prepared to work additional hours at peak periods during the month
Be highly organized and articulate with paperwork and administration

In return you can expect a basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 pa with an excellent uncapped bonus structure. Up to 25 days holiday, Pension - 5% company contribution, Life Assurance - 4 x salary life cover, BUPA - single cover provided and Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) after a qualifying period
