Business Manager - Specialist markets (Perms) - Cheshire

  Responsibilities

• Exciting and pivotal role to assist with the development and growth of their perms division - established team of 8 recruiters.
• Responsible for the day-day sales/management of the perm division with full autonomy to grow the team
• Devise strategic direction for the Perm business to ensure continuing growth and profitability of the company
• To maximise perm revenue by 360 contingency.

Requirement

• Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years track record at Business Management level within either generalist or specialist recruitment
• A career minded individual who has strong leadership qualities with a hands on attitude, able to lead from the front
• Demonstrable track record of accurately forecasting and successfully managing budgets
• Previous experience and success in a new business styled sales environment
