What the job involves
Join our Inbound Sales & Enquiries Centre and be the first contact for our customers, who want to apply for a Personal Loan or need help resolving their enquiry. To meet your sales targets you will need to build a rapport and ask lots of questions. Once you have this information you can go on and match the best solution to meet all of your customers’ needs.

What we expect from you

No previous sales or service experience is required, however as an enthusiastic and a driven person, you will find this is both a customer service and sales role, you'll be right at home. Communication and interpersonal skills are a must to help you build rapport with the customer. You'll be working to time, volume and productivity targets, which are set on a daily, monthly and quarterly basis.

As well as an attractive bonus package, based on sales, there is the opportunity to progress in your role and increase your earnings from the day you start. Full support and training are given and you'll be regularly assessed and coached to aid in your development.

Working Pattern and Salary

On a Flextra working pattern, your hours of work will be between 8am and 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm on weekends.You will work an average of 35 hours a week and your schedule will include an average 6 weekend days out of your 8 week pattern.

Salary potential £13,350 up to £21,800 plus attractive bonus package. Up to 5% increase after 4 months dependent on performance.
