We’ll be looking to you to provide an exceptional level of service for customers who, quite rightly, have come to expect the very best from us. So it will be up to you to build on their trust in us by resolving a wide range of queries, as quickly and accurately as possible.

You’ll take every opportunity to enhance the customer experience and exceed all expectations, which will also involve making outbound retention and welcome calls - building a rapport and relationships that will lead to sales.

You’ll be expected to consistently meet individual and team goals relating to performance, sales and customer satisfaction. So experience of handling customer enquiries will be key, ideally within a targeted contact centre environment.

Obviously, a big customer focus will be essential. But this should also be combined with problem solving ability, a love of teamwork and great communication skills, including letter writing.

Above all, you share our passion for exceptional service and, like us, believe that nothing is too much trouble when it comes to meeting customer and business needs.

We are looking for people to ideally work full time Monday to Friday between 1pm and 9pm.
